Self-cleaning System (Bounce balls)

Lower Working Noise

When the sieve vibrates, the balls continuously strike the underside of the wire sieve, dislodging any particles that may be trapped in the openings. This bouncing action helps to prevent clogging and ensures the smooth flow of material through the sieve.

Polyurethane balls holder rings + silicon balls -- compared with nylon or plastic rings, Polyurethane rings is more wear-resistant and it is softer, so the working noise could be down about 10dB. 
For long-time running, it is more favourable for operator's health.
