Introduction of Linear Vibrating Screen:
The DZSF series rectangular vibration screen is a sorting/ sizing/sieving equipment , adopts two vibrating motors as vibration source ,making processing materials move forward at the screen surface . Undersize particles will pass the screen and enter into next screen deck ; while oversize particles move forward until discharge from outlet . so the raw materials are separated apart with different size .
Application for Fertilizer Screening :
The DZSF vibrating screen used for sifting fertilizer granules , usually with two screen layers and three outlets . first layer with mesh size 4mm and second layer 1mm . it will separate raw fertilizer materials with 3 size fractions : bigger than 4mm , 4mm-1mm , smaller than 1mm .
According to different process requirement , there are also single layer vibrating screen machine or multi layers (2-5 layers) screen machine . the screen aperture size can also be customized as per requirement .
