Introduction
The LS series screw conveyor adopts the Chinese equivalent standard of ISO 1050-75. The hanger bearing comes with outside mounted grease cup, facilitating the replenishing of grease. The material inlet and outlet can be flexibly installed, while an electric outlet is optional for automatic control. Besides, a speed monitoring and alarming device can be added if you want.

Features
1. Adjustable Height
As adding a self-developed lifting gear on the conveyor, the height of conveyor can be adjusted easily. The angle of inclination can be 60 degree at most. Therefore, this kind of screw conveyor can adapt to different woking requirements at the same time, which can save much cost of purchasers.
2. Variable Size
This series of conveyor is available in ten types which can be divided into small size(LS100, LS125, LS160, LS200), medium size(LS250, LS315, LS400) and large size (LS500, LS630, LS800). Its diameter can be from 100mm to 800mm, and its length can be from 4m to 70m. Hence, the conveyor can satisfy different need of capacity.
3. Flexible design of inlet and outlet
The position of inlet and outlet on the conveyor can be set flexibly. A hopper can be added on the inlet, and the outlet can be electric so as to control it automatically.
These devices can make the conveyor meet different needs of users.
4. Tight sealing and low noise
Tight sealing and low noise can keep the bearing and the working site from pollution, so the bearing is more durable and the working site is comfortable. That can guarantee the high working efficiency.
5. Stepless speed regulation
There are two kinds of reducers can be added on the conveyor. One is constant speed and the other is steepless speed. Consequently, different conveying requirement can be meet.
6.Easy mobility
Four wheels can be added on the basement of the conveyor, which make the conveyor move easily. Thus, the mobility save much time and labor.
7. Wide range of temperature
The working temperature of the conveyor can be from -20ºC to 50ºC, and the material need to conveyed can be from -20ºC to 200ºC. As a result, the conveyor can be used on different kinds of working sites.
Applications
This screw conveyor can be widely used in a number of industries like building material, metallurgy, chemical, electricity power, coal, and grain and food processing. To be specific, it can server as powder conveyor, granule conveyor, and small lump conveyor for materials like cement, coal powder, grain, fertilizer, sand, coal coke, and so on. In addition, the conveyor is not suit for materials easy to sticking and caking.
