I. Introduction
1. DZSF series linear vibrating screen are very useful in plastic, rubber, ceramic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical, fertilizer, glass industries.

2. Linear vibration screen can be provided with dust proof cover as required.

3. DZSF series linear vibration screen can be supplied of different sizes depending upon capacity required. They can also handle slightly wet material.Inlets,outlets and legs can be custom fit to your installation requirements.



II. Principles
Linear vibration screen uses dual- motors as vibration source, making materials be tossed and move forward in a straight line on the screen surface. There are several balls on the bottom of the screen frame hit each other when vibrating, which can clear screen cloth and avoid blocking effectively.
 
The eccentric blocks driven by the motors could provide centrifugal force, make the materials moves forward along the linear frame. The material will move forward quickly and penetrate the screen in a fluffy state.
 
In the processing of working, the bounce balls jump to hit the sieve cloth, which prevent the sive cloth from being blocked. the blocking rate of screen is less than 10% in average.




III. Material and Layer Choice
It has 3 kinds of material and 1-5 layers for choice.
a. Full stainless steel
b. Contact part stainless steel
c. Full carbon steel



How to choose layer and material?
A: choose layer
a. Removing impurity. Generally, single layer is recommended for removing impurity.
b. Screening, filtering and grading. If the material size include 2 kinds, single layer is available; if the material size is 3 kinds, two layers are suitable; If the material size is 4 kinds, three layers are recommended. The rest can be done in the same manner. 5 layers are supported at most on a machine.

B. choose material
a. Used for mining, construction, etc industry, all carbon steel is well recommended.
b. Used for chemical, papermaking, environmental protection, etc, the contact part stainless steel well recommended.
c. Used for food, medicine, etc, all stainless steel are well recommended.

V. Applications

VI. Daily Maintenance
1. Before running
   (1) check coarse mesh and fine mesh if there is a damage;
   (2) check whether each group clamps is locking.

2. Running
   (1) notice if there is any abnormal noises;
   (2) whether the electric current is stable;
   (3) whether the vibration is abnormal.

3. After running: after used, clean up the screen box every time.

Outer packing is plywood case, which is up to the international standard. Inner packing is moisture-proof and water-proof membrane.  All of packages are wrapped by 0.5mm steel belt to further strengthen, which can ensure machine safe during shipping.
