Introduction of Pollen Sifting Sieve :
XZS Series sieve is a kind of electric fine screening vibrating screen . adopt a vertical vibration motor as exciting force, making materials in the screen box move centrifugally and separated to different size fractions . it is usually used for sieving/ sorting/ sizing /grading /separating etc .
For sieving bee pollen , we can make it single screen layer , double screen layer or three screen layers as per requirement .
When use different screen mesh/aperture size , we can sifting pollen powders or pollen granules .
As for different processs capacity requirement , there are different size modles : XZS500 ,XZS600 ,XZS800 etc.
Pollen Granule Cleaning Screen
perforated round hole screen mesh , or woven wire square mesh screen , aperture size 4mm /5mm /6mm etc. for cleaning pollen granules . impurity dust will pass the screen mesh and discharge from the nether outlet , while pollen granules discharge directly from the upper outlet , so that the pollen granules get cleaned .
