Introduction of Straight Flow Screener
The ZPS Series straight discharge vibrating screen machine also called flour sifter /starch sieve , usually used in the instant noodles /fine dried noodles production line feeding system , for removing impurities of raw materials (flour /starch /milk powder /additive etc.)
This vibrating sieve machine is designed in a single deck configuration , discharge sifted materials straightforward .
The vibration sieve feature a central inlet and a central outlet with one or two motors mounted on the side of the machine. This specially designed shape allows for a large diameter sieve screen to be installed within limited headroom, guarantees vertical compactness and is particularly efficient in separating micronized products or removing impurities at a high capacity ,often used in an existing process line.
